Milk Prices Scare - Real or Imagined?

I keep coming across these stories about the price of milk going up.  There seems to be politics behind it due to a bill. I don't know enough about it to comment on the politics.  But I have also read about the price of powdered milk (a prepper's staple) being as high as regular milk.  I haven't kept up on checking prices, so again I don't know if that's true.  But food for thought anyway.  Read more:
