Health Ranger Storable Organics

The #10 cans that emergency preparedness companies sell are extremely popular for food preps.  But they aren't something always associated with health food.  I don't think that all of the food is unhealthy, not at all, but it's fair to say that some of it is something that people on a low-sodium diet need to consider before buying.

Health Ranger Storable Organics is a newish company (I believe) that carries #10 cans of health and superfood preps like chia seeds, chlorella and spirulina tablets, kelp granules, whole wheat pastas, brown rice and Boku superfood products.  I started adding chia seeds and seaweed to my diet a few months ago and eating more raw food, so I'm glad to hear there's a #10 can option.

From what I can tell, the company is run by Mike Adams who also runs NaturalNews.com and goes by the name Health Ranger.  The products have a shelf life of between 2-10 years.  The company claims (via website) that all of their products are non-GMO.  They are packed in the cans in a BPA-free bag with oxygen and moisture absorbers.

If you were wondering how you were going to prep some of your favorite superfood powders, this seems like a great way to go.  I learned of this company through the Raw Food World site which sells some of their products.  They have monthly at-cost specials which this month includes some from Storable Organics.  So you can either order from Raw Food World or go to the company website to order directly and sign up for the email newsletter to receive coupon codes and other product info.
