Contest Time! Emergency Essentials Year Supply of Food Giveaway for August

In a recent post regarding Emergency Essentials, I gave you info on the company's blog and contests for emergency preparedness supplies (mainly food) that they give away.  I wouldn't normally post every contest they have but this one is too good not to let you know about.  For the month of August, you have a chance to enter to win a year supply of food which includes:

"... baking and cooking essentials, providing the versatility for cooking your own meals. It also includes fruits and vegetables, milk, garden seeds and more."

This is a collection of freeze-dried and dehydrated food, mainly in #10 cans (think largish coffee can).  A lot of preppers aim for a year supply.  You have until August 31, 2011, to enter and it looks like it's a Facebook contest, so all you need to do is like them on FB.  If you're already an FB fan of theirs, you can send them an email.  Here's a link to the contest info with a link to their Facebook page.  Good luck!
